Refund policy

Not happy with your purchase? No probs! You can return to us within 14 days for a full refund.

SALE items are non~refundable. 

Please take extra care when trying on your item, as any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions, etc will not be eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with tags still attached. 

Cost to return your purchase will unfortunately not be refunded, We recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be tracked, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return. It can take your bank a further 2-10 days to show this refund in your account. 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel by contacting us at hello@torilane.co.uk we'll then reply with instructions for your return. Unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.  

FAULTY ITEM?

We are so sorry you have received an item which is faulty. We'll get this sorted for you ASAP. Please email hello@torilane.co.uk with image of the item showing the fault, a description of it and your order details.
